Deposit Policy

We do require payment in advance as a deposit to guarantee your reservation. We do not accept cash, only credit card payments.

Your Card will be charged for the first night’s stay. We will accept cancellations ($35.00 cancellation fee), but you MUST cancel at least 72 hours prior to your first night’s stay. No-shows forfeit their deposit.

Policy for Children

We are child-friendly in any of our regular suites. Children under 12 are not allowed in our specialty suites.

Cancellation Policy

We do provide refunds if notified 72 hours prior to arrival. Less than 3 days prior to check-in, there will be a $35.00 charge.

We do not refund deposits on Holidays and special event weekends. No refund for no-shows.

Grounds Policy

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Brookings Portside Suites are non-smoking and pet-free. If evidence of smoking or pets is discovered in our suites, you will be charged a $200.00 fee per night.
